Refund Policy

1. Finality of Fees
Quantum Data Technologies (“QDT”) provides high-performance computational resources, specialized data access, and professional technical support. Due to the immediate allocation of cloud infrastructure and intellectual property, all fees paid to QDT are non-refundable, except where strictly required by applicable law.

2. Subscription and License Terms
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the platform dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current 30-day billing cycle. QDT does not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for unused days.
Annual Subscriptions & Licenses: To prevent renewal, written notice of non-renewal must be provided at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term. If a subscription or license is cancelled mid-term, no refund will be issued for the remaining balance; however, access will remain active until the term expires.
On-Premise Licenses: Fees for On-Premise (In-Tenant) licenses are deemed earned and non-refundable once the software package or license key has been provisioned to the Customer.

3. Managed Cloud Usage and Overages
Resource Allocation: Fees for Managed Cloud environments are based on allocated compute and storage capacity. No refunds or credits are issued for unused quotas within a billing period.
Usage-Based Billing: Any overage charges incurred due to high-intensity compute or data ingestion are final and non-refundable.

4. Professional Services
Fees for onboarding, training, and data science consulting are non-refundable. Once Professional Services have commenced (including initial discovery or environment setup), the associated fees are deemed fully earned.

5. Forecast Performance and Model Results
QDT provides a technological tool for users to build and execute their own models.
No Accuracy Guarantees: Because quantitative forecasting is probabilistic and subject to external market shifts ("Model Drift"), QDT does not offer refunds based on the performance, accuracy, or financial outcomes of any predictive model or simulation.
Business Outcomes: QDT is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for, any financial or operational losses resulting from the interpretation of platform outputs.

6. Service Level Credits (SLA)
Managed Cloud: In the event of a platform outage exceeding the limits defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA), QDT may issue Service Credits toward your next billing cycle. Service Credits are not transferable and cannot be converted into cash refunds.
On-Premise: No Service Credits are provided for On-Premise deployments, as uptime and performance are the responsibility of the Customer’s infrastructure and manual update schedule.

7. Billing Disputes
Any disputes regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Undisputed amounts must be paid in full according to the payment terms in your Order Form.
