Privacy Policy

1. Privacy Philosophy: Data Minimization
Quantum Data Technologies (“QDT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an enterprise platform for the analysis of quantitative time-series data. Our systems are architected on the principle of Data Minimization. We do not require, nor do we intentionally process, personal information within our analytical workflows or machine learning models.

2. Information We Collect
Because our Services focus on mathematical modeling rather than individual behavior, our data collection is limited to the following:

Account Data: Professional identifiers (name, work email address, job title) used solely for authentication, billing, and security.
Customer-Provided Data: Quantitative time-series datasets uploaded or connected to the platform. Customer Data remains the exclusive property of the Customer.
Operational Metadata:
De-identified technical logs (e.g., login frequency, feature engagement, API latency, and compute consumption) used to maintain and optimize platform performance.

3. Deployment Models & Data Access
Managed Cloud:
Data is stored at rest within Microsoft Azure in the United States. QDT maintains strict logical isolation between customer environments.
On-Premise (In-Tenant): The software is installed within the Customer’s cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP). In this model, QDT has no access to Customer-Provided Data. QDT may receive a limited "heartbeat" signal solely for license validation and usage-based billing.

4. Strict Prohibitions: No Personal Data
The platform is not intended for the processing of Personal Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), or regulated financial identifiers (PCI).Customers are strictly prohibited from uploading data that identifies an individual.QDT does not track, profile, or predict individual human behavior.

5. Model Integrity and "No-Training" Guarantee
No Cross-Training:
QDT does not use Customer-Provided Data or specific model weights/parameters to train or improve foundational models for other customers.
Zero-Retention Protocols: In instances where third-party AI interfaces are used for data synthesis, QDT utilizes Zero Data Retention (ZDR) configurations to ensure that data is not stored by third-party providers.

6. Third-Party Disclosures
QDT does not sell, rent, or trade any data. We disclose information only to:

Essential Sub-processors: Infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) and secure billing processors.
Legal Necessity: To comply with a valid, legally binding order. Unless strictly prohibited by law, we will notify the Customer of such a request before disclosure.

7. Data Residency and Transfers
All quantitative data in Managed Cloud environments is stored in the United States. Administrative Account Data may be processed by QDT staff or sub-processors in other jurisdictions for the purpose of global support and billing.

8. Your Rights
Users may access, correct, or request the deletion of their Account Data at any time. For inquiries or to exercise these rights, contact: privacy@qdt.ai.
